Business Support Manager

TLL Consults Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support Manager to join our office. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in energisation projects, supporting commercial developments, substations, utility connections, and logistics infrastructure.

As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic and operational support across projects, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and efficiency in project delivery.

​Applicants should have:

  • Be able to oversea project coordination & delivery and plan the successful execution of energisation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Act in place for Stakeholder Engagement as the key liaison between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Be able to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in project and operational processes.
  • Ensure all projects align with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Be able to apply qualitative research methods, particularly within behaviour change and behavioural science, to enhance project outcomes.
  • Be a guide and support multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • Be able to strategic Advisory to provide expert recommendations to clients, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal project execution.
  • Be a seasoned project manager with a strong track record in utility and infrastructure projects.
  • Be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
  • Must be highly organised, with exceptional time management and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills, capable of preparing authoritative and insightful deliverables.
  • A client-focused professional who enjoys advising, problem-solving, and fostering long-term relationships.
