Research Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Research Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the delivery of Energisation projects to join the team in our Manchester office working on commercial projects, principally Substations, Utility connections and Logistic Developments.
Applicants should have:
- Have good experience and skills in qualitative research methods, in the context of behaviour change and/or behavioural science
- Have proven project management and leadership experience – with strong client handling skills and an ability to coordinate a research team and deliver work to time and budget
- Have a keen interest in Government behaviour change work – projects to understand behaviour and design interventions and strategies for change
- Have strong organisational skills – are confident in managing time, meeting deadlines and working both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Like being with and advising clients on project issues, and working with others to share learnings and best practice
- Are ambitious, and interested in innovation and creative thinking – excited by learning curves and being challenged
- Relish the opportunity to contribute to a growing, innovative team which is both well established and always keen to improve and push the boundaries
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills – preparing deliverables that are engaging, authoritative and insightful

Salary dependent on experience.
